Hi,

in KDE 4.10 migration is not really supported. The best way is to copy over 
the actual data files (that is .vcard, .ical, local maildir/mailbox if you use 
it, etc) and then configure the other computer again.

You can find where the data files/directories are in your computer by right-
clicking the addressbook or calendar in Kontact and selecting Configure 
Calendar/Addressbook.

In KDE 4.11 there will be a new utility for exporting and importing PIM 
settings and data (but I'm not sure how well it would work, there are some 
technical limitations in KMail and Akonadi that make migration between 
computers quite complicated).
