Kate Printing Issues

This simple test works for me as expected:

1. run kate
2. Type: foo bar baz, blah blah blah
3. file->print , Name: Print to File(pdf), Output file: kate_print_test.pdf
4. open kate_print_test.pdf (I used okular)
5. verify fonts are displayed properly
