long delays on kde startup (intermittent)

I think we found another source of login delay:
plasma-nm and synchronous dbus calls (bluez), see also:

Patched plasma-nm builds are submitted to -testing:

there's also another kf5-kservice fix on the way (I'll followup on that in  
a bit), but initial testing of this plasma-nm build looks very promising.
