SELinux in permissive mode (!?) blocks the reboot/shutdown action and/or 'replaces' it by a log out. In restrictive mode logging in takes more than 30 seconds to succeed. Now, SELinux disabled, everyting works smooth. Also the nepomuk crashes [1] are gone. There must be something very wrong with SELinux, I'll file a bug report against it. :-)</p>
