If you are running rawhide, it wouldn't hurt.  Because of the way these
kernels are built, they will always be a baserelease higher than
rawhide, but they take longer to build and it is possible that you could
update in the window where there is a  new rawhide kernel and the
nodebug version isn't built yet.
