fedpkg is for working with the /package/ source control repo, that is
where we put the .spec file, a reference file to the upstream tarball
release, and any patches we might carry in the build we do in koji.
fedpkg is not for use with the /upstream/ source control where the
source code for livecd tools are developed on.
