On Fedora 17 it is: livecd-tools-17.15-1.fc17

On Fedora 18 it is: livecd-tools-18.14-1.fc18

On Fedora 19 it is: livecd-tools-19.1-1.fc19

My kickstart files are huge (%package wise) as they include all of the desktop environments, window managers and a lot of desktop software... but you can find it here if you want:
