It could mean several things; i.e, maybe you don't have enough ram for the installation? F15 needed more than 512 MB of ram, I encountered this issue several times when I wanted to install F15 xfce into a laptop with 512 MB and I could not :(<br>

There are other possibilities, but this is the main one I have encountered.<br>
