== Team Responsibilities ==

* Docs is responsible and accountable for getting the Zikula system 
packaged, complete with whatever modules we need
* Infrastructure is responsible for putting the app up, once that's done
* Design is responsible for skinning the thing
* Marketing (ianweller) is responsible for assessing it for use with 
their new content project
** the News team is probably affected by this and should be kept 
informed (they're really team #5 more or less)
