Theme-ing LXDM

Even with the installation from the Live CD you still have two sessions:
LXDE and Openbox. And we will have a third one for netbooks with
lxlauncher soon.

There are some configuration switches that can be added to the [display]
secrion however:
      * lang=0 to disable the language selector
      * keyboard=0 to disable the keyboard selector (only in latest GIT)
      * bottom_pane=0 to completely disable the bar at the bottom.

I haven tried it session=0 also works, if not, it should be implemented.

For theming itself have a look at the files in /usr/share/lxdm/themes.
They are glade files and you can do with them whatever you can do with
GTK too.
