Live cd boots to grug

I recently bought a Win 8 laptop and cant boot Linux live CDs from it (I
use Live CDs mainly for Virus and maintenance and security). So I
downloaded Fedora Live LXDE x86_64-19 because I read that it could boot in
UEFI environments. It does boot but all I get is Grub command line. Is that
normal and what Iam I supposed to do from here?
