so far I've asked some of IT managers from some agencies, they are
interested to join, even OSCC team are love to join, but I've has been ask
from one of OSCC MAMPU managers to do an email to peobably invite or
collaborate with OSCC to do promotion among the agencies.

to do that, Izhar, you need to make an email (probably an official one) to
the KP, TKP MAMPU. after that, I'll will do the rest from here.
