well yes, its a barcamp style .. and yes,  I dont plan to pick up
those who can attend themselves or in daytime,

but in this case, you really want to leave a foreigner alone in a
country they are not familiar with , middle of the night ? :)

I would make the fuel coverable .. its cheaper to pay for the fuel
than to pay for taxi ..
