Bus prices - Gurdip urged the bus service providers to reply as soon as possible like today before 6pm.<br><br>FUDCon Fliers - Gurdip printed 50~60, and I submitted to get signature for authorization so that we can paste it around UCTI/APIIT buildings like TPM, Enterprise 3 and The Mines campus.<br>
<br>FUDCon Flier image.png is requested to be as desktop background for all the computers in UCTI/APIIT labs to promote.<br><br>Goodie bags - Gurdip is charge of it to request to get better & faster response.<br><br>That's all from me.<br>

* As we may need stickers, we have decided to modify the lanyard design<br>
to make it fit for a 4"x1" sticker.<br>
* We should start getting invoices for things we are going to buy/print.<br>
* Send email either to KageSenshi or MavJS with invoice (official<br>
signature and quotation from vendor) in pdf form.<br>
* Meng has been asked to provide invoice for 0xc0ffee and refreshments.<br>
* A facebook event page has been setup, currently 3 folks are<br>
maintaining it.<br>
