Weekly meeting re-scheduling

At the last marketing meeting, I offered to send out a meeting 
re-scheduling survey to see if we could set a more convenient time for 
the folks participating in this release cycle (since timezones and 
school and work schedules and such don't always match up with our 
current logistics).
