More than just that, Larry. First, I don't see how this is faster or lighter than the default Fedora as it has the same GNOME environment shipped. Second, I doubt the OO.o quickstart does good considering amount of RAM of a netbook. Third, the installation image is *only* around 1 GB in size, which means you don't have much space left on an Eee 2G Surf.
