I am currently part of the Fedora Docs project and love it. I also work at a local ISP providing technical support. When talking to people just in general about Linux the distro that usually comes up is Ubuntu. When asking if they have tried Fedora, most reply back with I have heard about it but never tried it. I then go on to tell them about our community and different reasons why they should try it.
