One thing that is unclear to me from this post is:<br>

Is the developer portal for *Developers of Fedora* or *Developers
that use Fedora*? I know the second likely includes the first, so it
is is the second, we need to make that clear.<br>
<br>
And also some more coverage and or some examples on the information
contained (or will be contained) in the portal would be good too. <br>
