I rebuilt this one (as it had still not been done) and requested a freeze 
override for f12-beta: https://fedorahosted.org/rel-eng/ticket/2311

Next time please file a bug, e-mail the maintainer (kwizart in this case) 
directly or something, I don't think every maintainer of a mingw32-* package 
reads this list regularly. (Of course they should, but there are only so 
many hours in a day. ;-) )
