In the thread about 'Smartcard PC/SC support in MingW on Fedora' [1]
there's some talk about a generic cross compiler framework which will
support both mingw32 and mingw64 targets and will be aimed for Fedora
15. The reason why the mingw64 macro ended in that commit in the first
place was because it was backported from my testing repository and I
accidently forgot to remove it.
