Trying to compile the dlfcn-win32

Thanks! It compiles now. However, it doesn't build the "cross-dlfcn-*"
packages so it can't be installed. Is there perhaps a missed macro
invocation? Is there somewhere that the macros are defined/described in more
detail so I can try to figure out the error?
