MinGW provides and requires automatic generation with RPM 4.9

Just FWIW, rpm >= 4.9.1.1 (currently in rawhide, updates submitted for 
F15 and F16) supports the magic_and_path flag. Whether you need it or 
not is a another question and up to you, but just thought to let you 
know now that I happened to remember this discussion :)
