Did you use the rawhide version of mingw32-gettext? If you used the rawhide
version of mingw32-gettext in combination with the F-14 version of
mingw32-gnutls then it's correct that you get a compile error. The rawhide
version of mingw32-gettext contains a change which makes binaries have a
soft-dependency on libintl-8.dll.
