That's very strange...the rawhide mingw32-gettext changes shouldn't have been
applied to the F-14 branch. What is the exact package version of
mingw32-gettext which you used? The package mingw32-gettext-0.17-13 contains
the soft-dependency change, so anything earlier should be okay.

BTW, shouldn't we continue this discussion on the mingw at lists.fedoraproject.org
mailing list or on IRC (FreeNode, #fedora-mingw) as we're getting kinda
offtopic here?
