There already is. The wiki page at
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/MinGW/CrossCompilerFramework mentions
this about F-14 support:

    If you're still running on a Fedora 14 environment you
    need to un-comment the 'exclude=..' line in the
    /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-cross.repo file. Otherwise
    you'll get a dependency resolving conflict.

If you've still got dependency errors feel free to mention them here.
