Right, and the previous commit before that [1] also depends on RPM 4.9
features that are not available on RHEL 6.

However, like you said, RHEL 6.1 now comes with a MinGW toolchain
(including mingw32-filesystem and mingw32-gcc packages) and I believe
people should use the packages shipped with RHEL, not try to replace
system packages with those taken from Fedora rawhide.
