Neither have mingw packages, and the native osgcal package has been 
retired (see [1]). If you want those libraries for mingw, you will need 
to package them and go through the review request process [2]. Consider 
though that osgcal is apparently dead upstream and does not build 
against the latest OpenSceneGraph (see [3]), so you would need to fix 
that before packaging.
