In case anyone was wondering: the f20 build currently fails due to
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=924938 which causes autoconf
to be broken in rawhide. Once that bug is fixed the mingw-glib2 for f20
can be built, so no action is needed for now from us
