One minor issue I see: %{mingw{32,64}_includedir}/opus is an unowned directory.
Can you fix this before you commit? You can change
%{mingw32_includedir}/opus/opus* to %{mingw32_includedir}/opus. It looks like
the native package makes the same mistake.
