Failed with: implicit declaration of function 'ctime_r'

Also failed in the previous test mass rebuild, package apparently is
trying to work around previously missing toolchain features which cause
breakage on modern mingw-w64 environments:

/builddir/build/BUILD/clucene-core-2.3.3.4/src/shared/CLucene/config/_threads.h:55:104: error: conflicting declaration of C function 'void* _beginthread(void (__attribute__((__stdcall__)) *)(void*), unsigned int, void*)'

Needs to be fixed in CLucene upstream

Failed with: implicit declaration of function 'localtime_r'

Failed with: Requested 'glib-2.0 >= 2.43.1' but version of GLib is
2.42.1
Is caused by the mingw-glib2 build failure mentioned above

Error: No Package found for mingw32-plibc
Error: No Package found for mingw64-plibc

Seems to be caused by the mingw-plibc package being removed from Fedora
Rawhide

Failed with: error: static declaration of 'rint' follows non-static
declaration
(examples/encoder_example.c vs. mingw-w64 math.h)

Needs to be fixed in libtheora upstream

Failed with: error: 'gmtime_r' was not declared in this scope

Failed with:
/usr/i686-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/lib/libdbus-1.a(libdbus_1_la-dbus-sysdeps-win.o):(.text+0x3ce3): undefined reference to `GetExtendedTcpTable at 24'

Seems to be caused by the update to dbus 1.8.12. Might need an
additional -liphlpapi somewhere.

Package still needs to be updated to remain compatible with Qt 5.4

Same as with mingw-qt5-qtfeedback

/builddir/build/BUILD/qt-qtsystems/src/systeminfo/windows/qstorageinfo_win_p.h:75:19: error: 'DriveType' in 'class QStorageInfo' does not name a type

Sounds like a Qt 5.4 compatibility issue

/builddir/build/BUILD/sigar-1.6.5/src/os/win32/win32_sigar.c:2416:29:
error: #if with no expression
 #if HAVE_MIB_IPADDRROW_WTYPE

error: 'MIB_IPADDRROW' has no member named 'unused2'
             type = row->unused2;

Sounds like a sigar issue which needs to be resolved upstream

Not sure whether this is a mingw-w64 issue or a spice issue. Needs more
research

../libpcap/Win32/Include/net/netdb.h:62:24: fatal error: netinet/in.h:
No such file or directory

This one is a bit odd. AFAIK netinet/in.h has never been part of
mingw-w64 so I wonder what causes wpcap to suddenly pull in this header
while it worked fine in the past..
