I don't care where the bugs go as long as they have the tracker in the 
blocker. Having said that until the kickstart makes the nightlies 
reporting to the list is a good as place as any.

realTimeConfigQuickScan should be in stable f16 through rawhide. Unless 
it is only in updates for F18. Perhaps we just missed the freeze on this 
one.
