Thanks for the reviews Jørn (non-session-manager, and 
realTimeQuickConfigScan ;)

I've also added:
  * non-daw
  * non-mixer
  * rtaudio (previously orphaned, required by giada)
  * giada
  * mididings

All against the tracker bug [1]
