xulrunner bug with patch - stuck in bugzilla?

We have a UI regression due to xulrunner changes. Tomeu has done the
hard work of finding the right patch to backport, but we need some
help on the Fedora side :-)

This affects us here - http://dev.sugarlabs.org/ticket/851

For example - dev.sugarlabs.org and dev.laptop.org are very confusing
to use without the missing spinner...
