Update Information:
Update to 2.2.9. * Fixed a bug that caused a panic in B_IncrementFind
when calling the [see] command before the widget had displayed itself for the
first time. * Fixed a library script error when attempting to drag a column
header when the window was so small the items weren't visible. * Fixed two
cases where the whitespace would not be properly erased when items being deleted
caused scrolling. * Fixed column headers being drawn overtop of the bottom edge
of window borders if the window was very short.
