Description :
The sgml-common package contains a collection of entities and DTDs
that are useful for processing SGML, but that don't need to be
included in multiple packages. Sgml-common also includes an
up-to-date Open Catalog file.

- apply quotes patch once again (accidently deleted in Nov07-#533058) - do own
/etc/sgml/catalog - do not provide explicit url for xml-common subpackage,
fix trailing spaces - add Requires: /bin/basename (#501360)

su -c 'yum update sgml-common' at the command line.
