Description :
The initscripts package contains the basic system scripts used to boot
your Red Hat or Fedora system, change runlevels, and shut the system down
cleanly.  Initscripts also contains the scripts that activate and
deactivate most network interfaces.

Update Information:

This is mostly identical to systemd-8-1, however, should make sure that people
upgrading from 7 should continue to have a bootable systemd, i.e. the defualt
symlink stays around.    Changes from 7:  - Quite a number of fixes from git
upstream    This also includes an initscripts fix for shutdown.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update initscripts' at the command line.
