Virtual Network Computing (VNC) is a remote display system which
allows you to view a computing 'desktop' environment not only on the
machine where it is running, but from anywhere on the Internet and
from a wide variety of machine architectures. This package contains a
client which will allow you to connect to other desktops running a VNC
server.

Update Information:
Update to 1.0.1 release which contains various bugfixes. Following issues
have been fixed: * it was not possible to load libvnc.so module by Xorg. Note
you must update xorg-x11-server-Xorg package to at least xorg-x11-server-
Xorg-1.7.6-3.fc12 to get libvnc.so working (rh#529295) * libvnc.so module
didn't accept non-ASCII characters correctly (rh#531479) * modifiers, like
shift or CTRL, might have got stuck (rh#541559) * vncviewer might have
crashed on slow links (rh#551262) * click on "Options" button in the first
vncviewer dialog caused a crash (rh#552024) * Xvnc occassionaly crashed
during startup (rh#570999) * vncviewer and Xvnc were built with executable
stack on i686 platform Following enhancement has been added: * XKEYBOARD
extension is now supported and enabled by default in Xvnc
