Update Information:

This is a new rewrite of fedpkg (part of fedora-packager) that uses the pyrpkg backend. It requires an updated GitPython which brings in some new packages as well (python-gitdb, python-async, python-smmap). The new GitPython has some API changes so please let me know if there are any other consumers of GitPython that need updating.

Updated rpkg and fedpkg builds to fix issues found in this update.
