Upstart is an event-based replacement for the /sbin/init daemon which
handles starting of tasks and services during boot, stopping them
during shutdown and supervising them while the system is running.

Update Information:

This update only adds /etc/init.conf file in order to suppress boot error message: "init:/etc/init.conf: Unable to load configuration: No such file or directory". Obsoletes: upstart-sysvinit was removed to avoid installing upstart since distro update.
