Update Information:

This update fixes some initscript issues:

* Hanging when started from systemd (Bug #807504)
* Only starting the first instance when multiple instances are specified in /etc/sysconfig/rbldnsd

It is also a hardened built, making it less likely that any security vulnerability in the software could be usefully exploited.
