Update Information:

properly build vzctl on Secondary Architectures. It shouldn't affect x86, but since I did this by upgrading to vzctl minor release - which has a couple of extra patches, there are extremely minor chances that it could.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update vzctl' at the command line.
