This package provides the latest version of JGoodies Common

CHANGES in 1.3.0
- Requires Java 6.
- Removed SystemUtils#IS_JAVA_5
- Removed SystemUtils#IS_JAVA_6_OR_LATER
- Added null checks for the delegate format in AbstractWrappedDateFormat, EmptyDateFormat, EmptyFormat, and EmptyNumberFormat.
- Added Strings#isTrimmed.
- Removed code that is obsolete in Java 6.
