Description :
MyProxy is open source software for managing X.509 Public Key Infrastructure
(PKI) security credentials (certificates and private keys). MyProxy
combines an online credential repository with an online certificate
authority to allow users to securely obtain credentials when and where needed.
Users run myproxy-logon to authenticate and obtain credentials, including
trusted CA certificates and Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs).

* update $GLOBUS_LOCATION paths for GT 5.2 in etc.init.d.myproxy

Version 5.7:
* add IPv6 support (https://bugzilla.mcs.anl.gov/globus/show_bug.cgi?id=7252)
* update configure script for platforms where pidfile_open is defined in libbsd
* support limited proxy certificates in myproxy-logon -voms by passing -limited option to voms-proxy-init as needed (https://bugzilla.mcs.anl.gov/globus/show_bug.cgi?id=7250)
* add support for TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 using OpenSSL 1.0.1 and later
