Update Information:

This freeze override:
* adds a kde-settings-minimal subpackage for a KDE Plasma Workspaces setup with minimal resource consumption
* fixes the default Nepomuk indexing paths in nepomukstrigirc (#861129), using xdg-user-dir so it works in all languages
* updates the PolicyKit rules which allow users in the wheel group to use kcm_clock without a password to the new JavaScript format (#829881)
* fixes the KSlideShow screensaver default configuration to use xdg-user-dir instead of hardcoding $HOME/Pictures
