Fixed examples Makefile, and added a Cmake build environment as well.
Fixed the examples directory ownership and C++ Makefile.
Fixed a typo into the %post condition for qpid-cpp-server.
Provides systemd service for qpidd. Fixes BZ#832724.
Updated the location for systemctl.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use
su -c 'yum update qpid-cpp' at the command line.
