The initial-setup utility runs after installation. It guides the user through

Update Information:
New build partially reverting the changes in the previous one to match packaging guidelines for F19. Should be a final fix for bug #929403.
New build that should fix bug #929403 (initial-setup services not enabled after installation).
EDITED: added systemd build here.
