Release : 3.1.gitde210a2.fc19

Description :
Python image processing library, fork of the Python Imaging Library (PIL)

three subpackages: devel (for development); tk (to interact with the
tk interface) and sane (scanning devices interface).

Update Information:

This update contains a workaround for bug #928287 (the package fails to build on ppc64). A later build contains an actual fix, but the workaround is less invasive and we want to take the workaround rather than the fix into the frozen Alpha package set. Please do not modify this update with the later build, or submit another update with the later build until this update is pushed stable.
