Update Information:

ruby 1.9.3 patchlevel 374 is released. This is mainly for fixing segfault lots of people are seeing with p362 on rails application or so.

Also, with this rpm nonversioned pkgconfig file ruby.pc is provided with fixing vendorarchdir variable.
