SpatiaLite is a a library extending the basic SQLite core
in order to get a full fledged Spatial DBMS, really simple

- small enhancements to the GML parser: now correctly
  resolving <gml:LineString>, <gml:LineStringSegment>
  and <gml:LinearRing> tags based on <gml:pos> items
- fixed a buffer overflow (potentially causing crash)
  in dumpSHP / dumpDBF
