libbsd provides useful functions commonly found on BSD systems, and
lacking on others like GNU systems, thus making it easier to port

code over and over again on each project.

Update to latest upstream release, with official fix for setproctitle segfault.
Add patch to avoid using clearenv() in setproctitle (bug #971513).
Update to latest upstream, which includes aarch64 support.

su -c 'yum update libbsd' at the command line.
